Op Schiphol gelden de volgende Remotespots
in volgorde van gebruik, afhankelijk van hoe ernstig het winterweer is en de
gebruikte startbanen. Noodzaak van de de-icing
capaciteit wordt aangegeven via De-icing capacity Levels (DCL) welke gaan
van DCL-0 t/m DCL-E. Remote's zijn doorgaans bemand
door 1 supervisor + 4 trumps maar dat kan ook met 2 trumps.
